Is all birth traumatic?!

I’m 27 weeks and all I keep seeing on social media are traumatic births or stillbirth stories 😭 I did IVF so that adds a layer of complexity and my dr said I’ll probably have to be induced (foley balloon scares the 💩 out of me). Any easy birth stories out there or are they all scary? I’m mostly scared of something going wrong for my baby.
