How can I lay down ?

I’m 16 weeks, and today I had surgery for a grapefruit sized cyst on my ovary! It was super scary but thankfully me and baby are ok. But I am so so sore, and in pain. I have 3 incisions, one on my right and one on my left side, left side has stitches. But right side is most painful as that’s where it was. And one above by belly button. I cannot lay on either of my sides without pain, but I know laying on back is dangerous. I’ve just been sitting up but my back is killing me and I just want to lay down:( not sure how I can be comfortable without laying on my back.
