TTC with cryptozoospermia
After multiple semen analysis my husband has been diagnosed with cryptozoospermia (a condition in which virtually no sperm is observed in a fresh semen sample —they are only discovered after an extensive search). We have been told it is unlikely we will ever conceive naturally and need IVF. Has anyone had this and managed to conceive with or without IVF?
