12 weeks 🎉

So for the past almost two weeks I've been feeling a little bit like myself again even started back working ! Today makes 12 weeks and I've felt so ehh exhausted, extremely bad gas and pains ... and I feel like my anxiety is sooo bad today I got home and just wanted to curl into bed thankfully I'm off tomorrow ! What are you ladies 12 week symptoms? I still feel like I'm doing okay but today has been just idk how to explain it I also tossed and turned all night last night , and was shaky this morning ? I got all test back yesterday actually and everything was perfect . ! So maybe just some exhaustion and getting back use to working ? 😭
