Is this a piece of my mucus plug ?

this has been coming out of me since last week it would come out little or big and sometimes it would come out and have a blood streak , my doctor saw and wanna keep me coming in every week since i’m already high risk , i cramp everyday literally and i know the difference between cramps and braxton hicks and real contractions because this isn’t my first baby ,everything happening soon is so new to me idk if i should be worried or not, baby is fine , last week my cervix was measured at 4.9cm and now 3.2 this week and my doctor told me again to keep coming in every week until he makes a decision and idk what the decision is….im only 27 weeks
