nipple eczema

any product recommendations for severe eczema? i don’t like to use steroid or prescription ointments as i have an immune condition that causes excessive scaring and they always worsen it (thinning skin etc). currently having to use nipple covers daily to trap in the moisture but then have reactions to the adhesive! i currently use a goats milk body wash, moisturise all over with aloe based moisturiser and aveno body oil and then spot treat my worst areas with paw paw ointment. looking to get the NEATS reusable silicone nipple covers but currently out of stock in the size want

starting to get scarring on my boobs and it honestly just looks so gross it’s getting me down lol.
