Hello, looking for some advise.

Today I decided to test due to experiencing mild cramping for the past 3/4 days. This positive test had shown up within the time frame. I’ve since done 2 more tests which have been negative? Not even a slight line. The cramps are a little worse today aswell and I’ve got them in my lower back with also some light bleeding? Nothing like my period though.

Could this have been a false positive? Or have I still got some luck? Will be testing first thing in the morning too.
