Single parent military moms????

Are there any single parent military moms out there? I'm joining the Air Force and was wondering what it's like to be a single mom and in the military. Any advice helps!

Half my female Drill Sergeants are single moms with one or more children. I'm not saying it's easy but it's doable. I also have several single parent friends that have been in and they love it. I would recommend Reserves for a single parent but if you have someone able to watch your baby/children while in Initial training, go for it. The Army is amazing. I love being in, though it's not been long at all.
