I don’t know what is happening and neither do the doctors

I have gone twice to the doctor because I was nearly convinced my partner had given me an STD. I had yeast/BV symptoms and disgusting discharge. My doctor mentioned there was no odor but she saw the discharge I was talking about. She thought it was yeast. I came back clean for every STI plus BV and yeast. So I went back, thinking… there is definitely SOMETHING going on. There’s blood in the discharge going on sometimes. It turns yellow/green sometimes.

And they can’t tell me what’s going on. The test results are all clear, I even got tested for extra things. I was put on antibiotics just because of it. So I’m really wondering if it’s my IUD. I’m at the end of its use almost and I think I should get it out early. But what if I get it out and this doesn’t stop? just don’t know what to think.
