Tired
I don't know what's wrong. But for the last couple of months I've been struggling to sleep, like some nights I am tired but I just won't sleep no matter what I try. But when I stay at my boyfriend house I sleep just fine! We don't sleep together since we are teenagers and his parents don't like it so we respect that. I've tried relaxing hours before going to bed,taking a bath, drinking warm milk. Having the lights off and on (hate the dark so sometimes it's scary aha don't judge me) but nothing works. My mum is totally against sleeping pills as she thinks I'll get an addiction to them. But it's getting to the point I'm scared it will impact my schooling. I'm on holidays right now so it doesn't matter too much but I go back in less than month. It was also like this last year when I was in school.
Does anyone know what might be wrong? Or have gone through similar things?
