For a week straight what should I do for it ? Ibuprofen takes the pain away so fast but I don't wanna keep using painkillers and I've never had a headache this long before. Only thing I've changed in my routine is about a week and a half ago I started drinking coffee out of a Mr Coffee keurig brewer and after 4 or 5 days of having 2 10 Oz coffee a day I started having headaches so I haven't drink the coffee in a week BECAUSE I think it could be the coffee maker or the caffeine ? Idk but this headache life is making me want to not be living it hurts ! And I have no car to go to the hospital and I have 2 kids I need to be home to look after :( I'm going crazy man

Also, I need new glasses because my vision got only a Lil worse over a year could that be a reason for constant headaches ? For week straight or no?
