Penis or cord?

This was taken at 14 weeks 3 days…the ultrasound tech said boy I then went and had another ultrasound done at 17 weeks and it was a different tech I asked her if she thinks it’s a boy and she said “I wouldn’t count on it I don’t see anything popping up that shows boy” I proceeded to show her these pictures and she said it looks “cordy” to me. It does look a little detached so I’m not sure I get my anatomy scan done on Wednesday but I’m so impatient to know lol.
