Braxton hicks

I ended up at maternity triage on a trace this evening and the TOCO reading on the monitor was between 27 and 30. I’m 31+6 and have been having a lot or uncomfortable tightenings (nothing painful). Is this normal as NHS and other websites say normal braxton hicks should read between 5 and 25?
