Twitching feeling

Hi everyone, I have a strange symptom that I’ve tried googling but haven’t had any luck 😅 so I believe I am very early pregnant, and I keep having what feels like twitching or muscle spasms in my vagina. When I looked it up, all that came up was saying it was because my pelvic floor was weak. Has anyone else had this and was pregnant? My period is 2 weeks late and I have been very light, pink spotting that is only there when I wipe. I’m not getting any positive tests yet 😩 I just had a quants test done at my ob today but still waiting for the results and in the meantime wanted to see if anyone knew what the twitching could be 😅😅
