TTC 2nd baby.

My husband is type 1 diabetic and has retrograde ejaculation. Has anyone here has a spouse that has had this problem? His dr has him on 60mg of Sudafed 3x a day and alkaseltzer in the morning and a few hours before BD. Is there anything else that can help? It worked the first time for us in 2019 when i got pregnant with our first together. She was born in 2020. We werent planning on having any more kids at the time since I also had a son before we got together.. We decided recently that we wanted 1 more child. I just turned 30 in June of last year.
