6w1d Mild Cramping Brown Spotting

This is my first pregnancy ever and I have been freaking out over everything 😭! Today I woke up to use the restroom and I’ve been having cramping since the beginning of my pregnancy I saw on OB that said cramping is normal but now I’m having this brown discharge! Should I be worried something is wrong 😭😭?!?!
