Threatened miscarriage ?!

I went to the ER on March 15th & the 17th due to bleeding & yesterday they told me they see a 2.6cm fibroid in my uterus is it possible that the ER misdiagnosed ? HCG urine was positive & HCG bloodwork was high … should I continue to take the progesterone 200mg ?

The ER diagnoses anything abnormal as a threatened miscarriage!!

Fibroids can cause spotting/bleeding during pregnancy. I had one at 19 weeks cause heavy spotting and my doctor said it was just that causing it, baby was all good. She's almost 2 now. 🥰 I hope you get some answers soon.

I see a endocrinologist this week so maybe he’ll provide a better understanding of all of this .

Since I last wrote this post I’ve take my progesterone & the bleeding has stopped & I don’t feel back pain anymore
