Is this a miscarriage ???

I had an iud placed in the 2nd week of Jan and all of a sudden in the second week of march it came out. 
2days after I started bleeding on day 5 of bleeding (today) I had this pushing feeling and this came out.
I have no idea what going on with my body. IUD

I had mine taken out on May 6th and started bleeding pretty heavily on May 9th…not cloths tho…it all but stopped by May 14th BUT on May 15th (and still bleeding….) it went back to very heavy bleeding with clots like crazy (big ones like that) at least one EVERY time I pee and woke up this morning (18th) to a flooded maxi pad (and multiple large clots).
I have an obgyn app on the 20th, took me a week to get them to schedule it🙄
