UTI? Maybe?? Help!

Hi so I got my period on March 9 and me and my boyfriend of 6 months had protected sex on March 14 (wasn’t in the most sanitary area and still was on my period) but I didn’t pee after and I’m not sure if I peed at all after when I got home but the next day I peed it was fine and the day after. It wasn’t till Sunday it started to hurt

I woke up Sunday morning and I peed and it felt fine till I almost got to the end of peeing when it felt like I was straining myself. It felt like someone from the inside was pulling a cord in my bladder area. It doesn’t burn, my pee is light but cloudy, no bleeding, but I do feel like I have to pee even after I just went.It just feels weird and uncomfortable and a little hurtful and I’m scared because I’m 17 and now allowed to have sex so I don’t want to tell my mom and her find out I am. She’s the type to be very suspicious and accuse me of anything wrong.

I’m sending this out because I want to know if people have been in my situation and how they fixed it. Please me help me.
