Pending job offer. Should I send another email?

Hi,

I had an interview a few weeks ago. The manager said I should receive an update by the end of the week- the week of the interview.

I, however, did not hear back, so I emailed asking for an update. I was then told that they are still trying to make a decision and that I should hear back by the end of the week (the second week).

I did not hear back yet- once again. So I am wondering should I send another email to follow up again? Or just wait until they reach out…

I am needing to know a decision soon so I can make a decision about leasing a new Apt and my child’s daycare as I am from out of state.
