Has anyone tried the Haakaa breast pump and breast milk collectors?

Veteran mom wanting to try mixed feeding (breast and bottle) with solely breast milk. I've heard a lot of good things about the Haakaa products, but I'd still like to hear about others' experiences.
(Ever since my first daughter was born I overproduce whenever I'm breastfeeding so I'd prefer not to waste any milk this time around if possible.)

I loved my haakaa. It was a bit cumbersome and took a little bit to get the hang of. But it’s not really a pump. It’s just a collector with suction. However, just by using it when I nursed/ showered (you’d be surprised how much milk you lose in a hot shower) i collected well over 1000oz it what would be otherwise wasted letdown. if you use that milk in bottles, you’d need to pump for that feeding so that you don’t affect your supply.

Veteran mom and just had my little 4th little one and i got a haakaa this time for the first time. It's a game changer, i love it bc if it have several oz in the fridge that would have other wise been in a pad or my shirt. The collectors are great also for the shower since i always end up having a let down in there even if i just pump and breatfeed right before going in. Plan to get at least one more so i can rotate.

The haaka is amazing. I ended up getting two so I could clean one and have one ready for the next feeding. I never had to pump to supplement or for bottle use. Used all the milk from the haaka

The haaka came in handy when I wanted to run errands but maybe got a little too full while out, it relieved just enough for me not to get a clogged duct and take a little more time away from baby! I would drive around with it just collecting until I could get home to nurse or pump.

I liked my Elvie curve better because it did the same thing but I could fully tuck it in my bra.

I hate the Haaka! I could never get it to suction properly and as baby got older, she would knock it off. I prefer the boon trove collectors. Stick them in your bra, suction them on and you’re good to go! No chance of it getting knocked off.

I absolutely loved my Haakaa!!! Just bought one again for this pregnancy (didn't plan on any more babies so gave mine away after the last one)
Wouldn't go without!! You would pump more out of a pump for sure but it allows you to keep a great supply and store milk, as said before when showering and on the opposite side of breastfeeding is incredible the amount that you collect!! 
And the milk collectors have saved my nipples, with my first 4, I used to suffer so much from my nipples but the collectors let them breathe and dry between feeds!!!

I loved haaka but you need to make sure you have a lid because I spilled it on my bed so many times that we had to buy a couple of extra sheets to rotate.

I’m 50/50 on it. I have large breasts so I prefer to nurse laying on my side with baby vs sitting up with a pillow. I would imagine it works better sitting up. For the most part, it was good, but there were several times that I ended up with 2 to 3 ounces of breastmilk all over me and the baby and the bed because the suction came loose and the cup fell off. ￼
