Hi!

I was diagnosed with PCOS about 6 months ago and I still don't really know much about it. My periods are usually fairly regular (they often fluctuate by up to a week but never more). I'm not on any fertility meds (yet).

My period is now late by 18 days, I feel absolutely exhausted, nauseated all the time, and have been really tearful and get upset over little things - starting about 3 weeks ago. I've done 2 at home tests (2 days ago and today) and both were negative - but I read that sometimes with PCOS we can get false negatives?

I wondered if anyone knew whether that was true and if anyone had experienced it? I suspect it's not and that I'm clinging to false hope so looking to check myself before my brain runs away with itself!
