Hi guys I was wondering if anyone got pcos symptoms before being diagnosed ?

My last period was January 19th 2024 I last came off birth control August 2023 my periods were regular up until January I am now currently 2 months late . I had a blood test today which they said my HCG is zero.

Throughout this whole time I have been experiencing cramping, bloating nausea.

I don’t know what the issue is :( I’m worried I might have pcos or something.

When I missed my first period I had brown string discharge only when I wiped and this was on my period due date. I have had nothing since other than creamy or small clear jelly discharge.

I have to wait to call my doctors again

Any advise ?
