I never had spotting before I have a 10 year old and a 17 month old and had one previous miscarriage.

My beta hcg went from 179-535 wed - Fri and my progesterone 18.5 - 29 my doc is pleased. But he put me on endometrin cause he saw a little blood in my urine. But no blood on the scan etc. ( so that’s the white residue you see) is this brown spotting normal or could it be the endometrin causing this. My last doc visit was earlier this week and everything was “ perfect “ according to my doctor … can it change that fast ? Sorry very paronoid as this pregnancy wasn’t planned.
