Would you speak to him

I’ve been speaking to someone recently and it was making me question some things. For one he was telling me about how his foster mom accused him of hitting her in the chest when she had breast cancer and he got arrested despite his neighbors calling up reporting her for abuse. Reason I’m questioning is because he was fighting people before and he was telling me he wanted to fight me. Second he would tell me about how his last gf deleted all his social media and messages and he told me he doesn’t speak to anyone from school anymore then I saw him following people and he would tell me about the conversations he’s had with them. When we were speaking I told him about a few people we knew mutually of how they got arrested and then he would instantly tell me “that’s my boy don’t talk bad on him.” Like he’s defending them and saying he’ll reach out to them. He’s also told me how he would get me things then he didn’t. He also said he would go on peoples pages and speak to them to get more information on some past incidents to see what happened for me.
