Should I be worried?

So I know no one is able to actually probably know this for sure but it’s worth a shot. I just found out this week that I am expecting. As I am most likely barely 4 weeks my only worry right now is that I have APS (antiphospholipid syndrome) an autoimmune clotting disorder. I haven’t ever had any clots, but I also know with pregnancy they can occur and cause miscarriage. I’m not sure if I should start taking aspirin now or should I wait to confirm with my doctor? I won’t know anything til Monday with the office but I’m just thinking how the weekend is going to go by so slow by me thinking about this and thinking what if taking the aspirin now will help anything?
