TTC after an ectopic

Hey guys,

I would need your suggestion or if you have faced a similar experience

I had an ectopic pregnancy on right side in Dec 2023, which was treated by methotrexate. Doctor asked me to wait for next 3 months.

Now this month through follicle monitoring doctor got to know that I have dominant follicles on both the side , and she is suggesting to drop this cycle as well to avoid ectopic.

But the doctor who did the scan suggested that the left follicle looks nice 20mm in size so I should not miss this cycle.

Please suggest
