When do you wash your face?

Do you wash your face in the morning, at night or both? I am trying to get in a routine of taking better care of my skin.

I wash my face every time I shower. Which is typically every night for me. I don’t wear makeup & I have sensitive skin, so I try not to over do it. My skin is generally clear.

Depends if you wear make up or not. Sensitive skin or not. If you wear make up absolutely you need to wash it off before bed. But if you don’t wear make up or have super sensitive skin less products you put on your face. Washing can dry it out. I don’t wear make up. I have super sensitive skin and only in the morning followed by sensitive skin lotion and that’s it. Everything else I’m allergic to. All depends on you. Your age. My mother is 77 (looks like she’s in her 40s) she’s got a whole routine both day and night. Clarins anti age restorative products  double serum, day and night creams, anti puffing eye roller stick  from oil of olay in the morning. Then all her make up. I’m 45 and still get carded. But it depends on your lifestyle, genes how you age your skin. The sun, smoking, stress, lack of sleep, drinking, lack of hydration etc ages your skin. I stay out of the sun, and don’t do any of the above. I look like I’m in my early 20s.

Always twice a day. Using skincare that is meant for your skin type will allow you to wash twice a day no matter what. Whether you wear make up or not, you still get oils, dust, dirt, and other pollution on your face.

I do both. I have very sensitive skin. Combination oily and dry. I have to stay on top of it with my prescription cream so my skin will break out.
