When to take Geritol & vitex
TTC for about 5 months now & my period ended yesterday. i bought Geritol today and vitex a few days ago. I have been seeing different things on when & how much to take both. Is it okay to start Geritol today even though i am no longer bleeding? I have 400mg vitex but am not sure if i should cut my dosage in half & take it from today up until my fertile window is closed. I had an irregular period this month if that means anything
