So I found out i was pregnant afew days ago and then now ive been getting stomach ache nothing too painful but it feels like diarrhoea kinda stomach ache and i have smelly farts sorry its TMI. But is this normal im about 4 weeks 3 days now. Ive had 3 miscarriage before so im abit worried. But i dont have any bleeding or anything now. Is this a normal symptom of pregnancy? Also i feel nauseous but havent thrown up or anything i have tender breasts. With my other pregnancys i had bad nauseou.
