How to balance work and life 😩

Being 22 weeks pregnant, working full time, and having a toddler I am BEAT. I wake up 5:30 am every morning to get to work, daycare, home by 4:30, play, dinner, bath and I don’t sit until 8pm toddlers bedtime. I am so exhausted. Plus my job is tiring, I work with an autistic individual and getting him to do anything besides shopping is a task and can have aggressive tendencies. Walking around stores so much hurts my pelvic bone and back immensely. I cant keep up with the individual. How can I balance working and home life to avoid this constant exhaustion? I just caught myself 2 seconds away from falling asleep at work literally lol
