Hey everyone, I’m 24 and had my son about 2 years ago now. I was on a weight loss journey before getting pregnant and though I tried my best to stick with it during the pregnancy it ended up being difficult for many reasons but I still did what exercises I could and got back to doing it after my c section recovery and now I just have a lot of loose skin from losing weight before my pregnancy and then getting pregnant, what have you guys found has helped tighten your loose skin? I read online staying hydrated, eating enough of the right vitamins and exercising will help but I haven’t gotten a lot of results from just those things so I wanted to see what helped others tighten their skin back up! TIA!
