Low placenta ??

So I’m 25 weeks and 2 days. Doctors said that at the time of anatomy scan at 20 weeks /4 days it was low and by the cervix. This explains why I feel my baby in my vagina area. I’ve had 2 kids before perfectly fine and healthy so this is new and scary to me. I have to go back in 2 weeks to check to see if it’s moved up. I’m praying it does because I do not want problems or complications for me and little one. They also said water had kidneys and they will monitor that too. Ahhhh anyone with experience with any and had positive outcomes? I’m so nervous but have faith in God 😪🙏
