Do you or husband do bath/bedtime for kids

Question

I’m a sahm and my husband is provider- he wakes up at 5 am and works until 3-5 pm depending on the day. We have one 14 month old and my husband has never once given him a bath or done bed time. He admits that he doesn’t want to do those things and it’s my job everyday to bathe, feed, and put to bed even when he’s home. 
Also, I’m the one who has woken up at night to tend to our child. I’ve never asked him to do that, even on his days off and I’m okay with that but I feel he takes it for granted. Sometimes he’ll let me sleep in on a weekend and take care of our baby. 
I’m feeling like he’s not really enjoying parenthood. No one WANTS to do the hard work but they do it anyways because they love their kid, and spouse for that matter.
I want more kids but I’m worried he will lay all the responsibility on me and just hate me for asking him for more help. We already fight a lot about this because I’m asking for more help and he just argues his point.

I work part time compared to my husband's full time. I do the cooking before he gets home but everything else we do as a team. He actually does more of the baths for our three kids than I do. Bedtime we do together. He drops to school on his way to work and I pick up. We are a team on this parenting journey. If he already leaves all the work to you with one child I highly doubt he will change with another child. Especially if he declared it is your job! Yes it is your job 9-5 while he is gone but when you are both home ideally it should be a shared responsibility since you both made the baby

I stay home and he works full time. He handles bath and bed time when he gets home. It’s his favorite bonding time with our kids and I get a nice moment to curl up in bed and read.

My husband is a dad 100% of the time. 
He woke with our 18m old at 6am. I slept in with our 2.5 yo until 8:30 (she didn’t wake until 9). He worked from 6-3pm. Then he walked a mile alongside our daughter who rode her balance bike to her grandparents house. Now he is bathing the 18m old while I sit with the 2.5 yo who eats very slowly. As I type this, the 2.5 yo just joined bath time. He is going to diaper, lotion, and dress the kids after. Then I’ll do bedtime for both (normally I do bedtime for the 18m old and he does the 2.5 yo). 
My husband does work from home but that only changes that he is slightly more accessible during the day. Even when he worked in the office, he still came home and made dinner, did bath time, and helped with bed time/night wakes. 
I rarely ask for help. We do communicate about what needs to be done so we can tackle the two kiddos together.

Both my husband and I are working parents. He works 9-5 in the office and I work 10hr shifts from home. we both do bath and bed time. Our child is 4 and she requests which one of us she wants to do. 90% of the time she wants him to do bath, pajamas, teeth, hair etc. and I just do the “fun” stuff like reading books and tucking her in. Some nights however I do it all. my husband has never (and would never even think to) not helped if it’s been needed. Our second is due in less than 10 weeks and he’s already talking about how he will do bath and bed time with both kids while I nurse the baby and do my part of the toddlers routine.

My husband does the best he can. I do feel like I do more in terms of caring for our children, but I know he tries his best so I don’t like to complain. We both work full time jobs, I cook dinner, I typically bathe them & he will take them out, dry them off & change them. I put 2 of our kids to sleep, he puts the other one to sleep. I wake up in the middle of the night with the baby, but the baby is almost 1 & when he was a newborn my husband helped a lot when baby would wake up. My husband also does things I don’t. He vacuums, he takes out the trash, he takes care of our vehicles. He will take the kids to dr appointments or go with me if we can both make it, he picks them up from childcare. He tries to help with laundry.. he at least does his share. I don’t like him doing the kids laundry because he never matches the outfits properly. He tries really hard & if I ever ask him to do something because I need the help or feel like he isn’t helping enough, he listens. He changes diapers. I am very grateful.

I do 80% of the stuff with our 16 month old. Meals, baths, changes, bedtime. I can count on one hand how many times my husband has done a bath lol. But, I also stay home. My husband has a very physically demanding job and works 12+ hours most days, plus every other weekend so we can afford to keep her home with me! So I don’t mind and I truly try not to complain. I will say if I am tired or he has a few off days, he’s the first one to get up and grab her and help me out. I just don’t ask for help often and I think since I’m home all day with her that at night, I just instinctively do it🤷🏻‍♀️

My partners and I care for our son 100% . We take turns doing bath time every night. Our son is 8. My partners have always helped me take care of our son because they are his parents too. They know their responsibilities and obligations and they don’t complain about them.
