We did go to to court the judge said it’s not enough recent things happen because most of these things happen when I was pregnant and under super high risk so I didn’t even try to go forward, but I did keep records of everything. The judge gave them a final warning that they couldn’t be anywhere around me or the baby or my family. And before I get any backlash, I did not know he had a girlfriend until after a year. Yes, I could have stopped, but that’s not the point I was being lied to and was told it was a completely different situation. I did not know the extent until after I was pregnant, she even lied to the judge the judge even recommended that they stay far away from us. I want my son to know his dad not around that woman who threatened to kill him and me. I paid for DNA test to appease her and she still does not believe that it is his kid because, he does not have sick so even the judge told her she was stupid and that he is 100% responsible for what is happening and he is 100% his dad he even knows this. He just wanted it done to prove to her that it was his job. Said it was his fault no matter what I still want my son to know his dad, but I want my son to be 100% safe and we all know he won’t be if he goes with his dad to this woman.
