Acne/pimples help 💓

Hi girls, I was wondering if you could give me any suggestions on what I can do to improve my skin.

I have changed my diet in the past 3 weeks, I am basically vegan now (until my skin clears up 😅) and try to eat good sources of nutrients (greens, fruits & veggies, legumes, fermented vegetables, nuts and seeds). I avoid gluten as well. I also try to hydrate myself well.

I also supplement on vit D3&K2, PMS support multivitamins, biotin (for hair growth) and glutathione.

I get these pimples all over my cheeks, above my lips and on my chin, and I feel so annoyed because I try so much and nothing helps. I bought some pimple patches yesterday to use just to keep myself from picking because that’s a really big issue I have. I also do greek yogurt masks every day, and I can see improvement with those, but my skin never gets cleared completely. My skincare consists of mainly natural products as I do prefer the natural route, but I also use some which are not and I am okay with those in case someone has something to recommend. I love putting oils on my skin before going to bed (even though my skin is super oily) and I found that they help a lot with healing my broken skin faster, and also managing my oil production. I use sweet almond oil and/or jojoba oil. I don’t think they cause breakouts, I had these breakouts even before using the oils.

I am open to new ideas of what I can try 😊

(Mainly to improve hyperpigmentation and reduce future breakouts)
