I’m terrified this baby won’t stick due to previous miscarriages I just want to be able to be excited but it’s so hard ☹️😢

I had 7 miscarriages before I had my son. I was scared the whole time I was pregnant with him. What helped me was to focus on being happy that I was currently pregnant that day. A lot of my stress went away when I was able to feel him kick consistently. You can do this!!!

This is hard. Counseling can definitely help, writing and sharing your feelings. For me also worked trying to focus on the fact that I wasn't in pain or bleeding this baby must be okay and so far baby is growing, I'm currently 34 weeks 🥰
