7dpo - belly button pulling/pinching sensation

Ovulation confirmed with 2 different brand opks and BBT
Anyone had this pulling/pinching sensation next to belly button and gone on to have a BFP?
I'm feeling it on and off, mostly on the right side of belly button, some under belly button towards right side.
Its the only thing this cycle that is different, too early to test so just trying to obsess over something else than wanting to test
