So I’ve been on the pill for about a year and a bit now , not had any problems on it, my last period was late March so I’m not due on anytime soon, and haven’t missed a pill but the last week I’ve been getting brown discharge , can anybody advise me on what this could be ? / how to stop it etc ? do I need to go back to the doctor?

The pill I’m on is gedarel 20/150

I take my pill everyday about the same time (at night ) give or take an hour or so.

I’m not sure if when in January I took the pill continuously (with no break) as I was on holiday, the doctors told me this would be fine , I’m not sure if that’s linked but I’m pretty worried now.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated 🥰
