Periods after miscarriage?

I was wondering what any of y’all’s experiences were with your periods after having a miscarriage? (Or in my case a chemical pregnancy). So my miscarriage started on February 18th, and I bled for a full week. Pretty much like a normal period, maybe slightly heavier at times. On CD 22, so 3 weeks later, I started spotting and spotted for another 7 days. My OB doesn’t think it was a period, and I didn’t either. Well this past Saturday (CD 49) I started spotting again (I believe I was either 10 or 12 dpo, not sure which) and I had lighter flow starting yesterday, so I’m counting myself on CD 2 now. My question is, I have been having very painful cramps and feeling light headed, but just light bleeding. I’m used to having very heavy periods and with the cramps, I would expect to be bleeding a lot more than I am. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I be concerned? I am so exhausted after having a miscarriage, then random spotting mid-cycle, a 50-day cycle, and now this weird period 😂😅

I miscarried 8/1 and ended up getting my first cycle after on 9/1– so not crazy long. But it was definitely crazy painful and the bleeding was much heavier than my normal cycle. I ended up having to call out of work for it. The cramping was probably comparable to the miscarriage pain. That cycle was a little longer too. Usually they were like 5/6 days but this one was closer to 10.

started miscarrying on 12.5, bled until 12.16, got first period 1.7 and it was the second most painful thing i’ve ever experienced in my life, right after the miscarriage. i mean i was on the bathroom floor, vomiting.
