4 weeks 5 days. Cramping and have this when I wipe

I mean it really could go either way. None of my miscarriages have ever started with spotting like this though, I would describe this as pink spotting. 
The only time I’ve had pink spotting while pregnant, it was in my viable pregnancy. Everything was fine that time. 
Just keep monitoring. I’m sorry I know how anxious you have to be with the unknown :(
