Boyfriend has gotten lazy?

Boyfriend doesn’t initiate anymore, and I’m not talking sex, I mean like wanting to go do stuff. He was in the beginning and then I would ask, and lately it’s me being the one reaching out, and half the time he’s “tired” or says let’s do something but the last 2x it didn’t happen. I know he SUUUUCKS at communicating and admitted he’s not a texter. I am getting very frustrated and have nicely expressed how it’s making me feel. I don’t feel our relationship is progressing/moving forward. I asked him a few days ago if he even enjoys my company and he said yes of course…but I didn’t feel convinced? We’re still somewhat new our relationship and idk if he has depression he struggles with that he hasn’t opened up to me about? I’m giving this guy chance after chance but this is getting old. Idk whether to call it quits or have a heart to heart talk with him to step up or step out. I don’t have suspicions there’s another girl.

Is he an introvert? I’m going through the same thing. It frustrates me because the dude would rather sit at home and play video games than see me. When I go to his house, I almost feel like he gives me signals when he’s ready for me to leave. I’ve told him how I feel, and he reassures me that he’s not seeing anyone else and that he likes me. It’s very odd. After reading your post, I’m starting to wonder if more and more men are becoming the same.
