Is Plan B effective?

I just started take a regular birth control about two days ago, unfortunately the condom broke during sex, he pulled out before hand though. I went and bought Plan B probably within 30-45 minutes afterwards and took it. 
What should I do??

You don't need to to anything. You should be fine. The sooner you take it the better and you took it very quickly. It is effective. I used it once in the past (over a year ago) and I didn't get pregnant.
