I am 23, last period started March 3rd. Usually have irregular periods. Around March 26th I began feeling pregnancy symptoms, sore breast, nausea and lightheaded and ( still have very frequent peeing ) And this is when my abdominal cramping started. A couple days later I thought it might have been a uti, had a dr appt April 8th, tested negative for a UTI.

On April 11th, I began having heavy bleeding with the cramps. I called Dr he said go to er. Er did bloodwork, came back no infections/ negative pregnancy. Nothing was found on the ultrasound either. I am still bleeding and clotting , full pads with in a hour.

Wanted to add I never got a positive test.
