Is this disrespectful?

My ex only seems to care about himself. He texted me tonight and said that he was coming to get our son at 8:30 in the morning tomorrow (which he has before and I asked him not to again) and I asked him if he could come later and he said no that he had plans and needed him at 8:30. Now my ex is the type that only gets our son when he feels like it which is maybe 2 weekends a month (so about 4 days a month).. My bf died last Saturday and I have not been sleeping well at all this whole week and I work 2:30-10:30 every day of the week so I already don't go to sleep til around 12:30 to 1 am and my baby sometimes wakes up during the night and is usually up by around 9 am but the last time he said 8:30 he was already at my house by 7:30 am.. I've been running on 3 to 4 hours of sleep daily this week and I'm completely exhausted. I'm off the weekend and once I'm awake I can't go back to sleep and I have asked him before to come after 10 am bc being woken up before 8 am really upset me and the fact that he said that he would and then go back on it just seems disrespectful to me. Am I just thinking too much into this?

Also I'm sure somebody will bring it up, me telling him what's been going on in my life will do absolutely nothing bc he will not care one bit as it's always about what he wants. Everyone else's feelings are irrelevant (especially mine) which is why we broke up.

This week has literally been one of the worse weeks for me.
