Help please

I would like some suggestions to try before i go to make a doctors appointment to try to get it back myself. I haven’t had a period since January 5th. I had a blood test a little over a month ago which was negative pretty sure I’m still not pregnant but willing to try something else before I get some prevara or whatever it’s called to induce a period
