Boob job beforeand after pregnancy

Hey ladies, is there any of you who have had a boob job pre pregnancy and can tell me how they were after pregnancy? Do you wish you would’ve waited until after or did it not affect them? I’m curious to know the effects of pregnancy on a boob job.
