Pregnant???

My periods have always been on the irregular side. BUT if it were on time, I was due April 10th. However, I had stretchy egg white mucus around match 31st. Been taking tests for about a week. All negative. 2 days ago, my left nipple itched. My cervix is high, as I can't feel it with my finger. Could I be pregnant and it's still just too early? I've read cervix drops before menstruation so with it being high and I can't feel it, I'm assuming my period isn't soon
