Day 14 ultrasound

This is my cycle day 14 US after 100mg of clomid days 5-9. Last time on 50mg my endometrial thickness was 12 this time it’s 7 does anyone know what that means? If this cycle isn’t successful we’re taking a break ttc❤️‍🩹 Also last cycle on 50mg all of my follicles were bigger i don’t know what’s good sizing follicle wise.
