General advice needed for weight loss.

I’m 190 and 5’2.5”. 11 months post C-section, ready for this weight to drop. I eat healthy and stay in a 1300 calorie deficit. I started doing 20 minute workouts every morning at home with light free weights/dumbells. Will increase the weight over time. My husband is going to get me a gym membership. Can only go on the weekends. I don’t know if I’m doing enough. Thinking of getting a treadmill or stationary cicle and doing the weighted workouts in the mornings and the cardio in the afternoon?

Can I lose weight this way?

It’s only been a week of my morning routine and not even a lb down. I’m sweating by the end of my workout so I know I’m burning calories. I do have hormone imbalances, would that effect how much I lose?

Motivation waivers but I’m still pushing on.
